Nutritional Assessment – $150 per hour*

Claudia Lemay, RD will provide an initial assessment along with recommendations in the hour. In some cases a follow up session may be required.

Picky Eating/Problem Feeding Assessment – $180 per hour*

Twenty-four hours notice is needed to cancel/reschedule your appointment. This allows our office to seek a replacement. If 24 hours notice is not provided, a fee of $75 will be charged to you. Thank you for your cooperation.
